Any bank teller will say it is safe and secure and that the best technology is used to assure this. Sure, there are those people out there, the hackers, that can access anything they want if they really want to. It is in the news often talking about credit card accounts and such.
If you are concerned, you can certainly change your password monthly if you like and once done with your bank work online, be sure to log out, don’t leave your account open while you go make dinner. Common sense will keep you safe.
